My family recently used Brown’s Painting & Renovations after extreme water damage to my mom’s home. We regularly communicated with Clay, Seth, & Casey. We have been beyond pleased. The work was impressive and exceeded our time expectations. Everyone involved in this renovation was friendly, accommodating, and quick to answer questions and return phone calls. The price was reasonable, and Brown’s worked well with our insurance company. When the job was completed, Rikki & her crew were sent to clean the home. They cleaned everything from floor to ceiling including windows and inside the closets. We give this company a FIVE star rating!

I cannot recommend NELA Renovations enough for anyone in the West Monroe area. From the start, their communication was top-notch, and they stuck true to their fixed-price guarantee, so there were no surprises at the end. The craftsmanship is outstanding—you can tell they take pride in being a locally owned business. If you want a home remodeling team that is professional, on time, and meticulous, Zack and his crew are the ones to call!

Great people!! You will not be disappointed!

I can’t say enough about this business. They made all my ideas for our home come to life. Zach was in constant communication with us making sure that we were pleased with all the work being done. The guys were AWESOME! They were attentive, kind, and respectful. They were always on time and worked hard the whole time they were here. It was a breeze working with them. I’m already thinking of other projects in the near future and I will definitely be using them again! Thanks guys! Y’all are the best!!!

We loved working with NELA painting & Renovations! The level of communication from Scott was very helpful and reassuring! Trevor and his crew were timely and did phenomenal work with every aspect of the job down to the clean up! Could not recommend them more!

I have an older home which needed wood replaced and a lot of prep work before the exterior could be painted. Zach and his crew did a wonderful job!!! They took their time and worked diligently to make my home beautiful again! I HIGHLY recommend using this company. They are very nice and professional. A job well done and greatly appreciated!

These guys did work on my camp. They were very professional and affordable. I had several different contractors give me bids on my repaired. But these guys gave me a better price. But I would gladly have paid them what the others bid for the work they did. I just want to thank them and let them know they will be my first call for any type of repairs I need

Exceptional Service from NELA Painting and Renovations! We couldn’t be more pleased with the work Zach and his team did for us. From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with—professional, communicative, and consistently reliable. We had multiple renovation and repair requests as we prepared our home for sale, and they handled each one with precision and care. What really stood out was their transparency and honesty throughout the process. They kept us informed every step of the way, delivered high-quality results, and did it all at a very fair price. The job site was always clean, and their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the work. Whether you’re tackling a major renovation or just need a few repairs, we highly recommend NELA Painting and Renovations. Zach and his crew are the kind of professionals you hope to find—trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely invested in doing great work.

I hired Zach and his crew to do some interior painting and repairs on our home. They were very respectful, clean and helpful throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend

Great experience! I got the quote quickly and the work was completed the following week. Awesome job repairing the damage to my house from the ice storm. Will use them again for any future repairs.

We had an amazing experience getting our whole home popcorn ceiling removed and repainted. Also, we had a bedroom painted. Everything turned out amazing and they did everything to keep things as clean as possible throughout the process. They were always making everything was as expected as the process moved along. They were willing to work around your needs and keep normal life going as best as it can. From the owner to workers, I can’t describe how great the experience was for our family. If you are looking to get this completed at your house, this is the company to use. Thank you all who worked tirelessly to complete this project. Very much appreciated.

FANTASTIC in every way. Thank you Zach and your entire team. Not only did we get professional and quality work, but also very polite and professional people to work with. They did several jobs for us including painting, staining, refinishing, repairs and even hung a deer mount high on the wall. Great job!

Thanks to Zach and his guys for the beautiful job on our floors. We are thoroughly impressed with the finished product and enjoyed working with them every step of the way.

Absolutely wonderful guys to deal with. Very Knowledgeable and timely. They said they were gonna show up on time they showed up on time they did exactly. Chase and Zach were unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent Service. I just wish I would have met Zach when we had our main bedroom upgraded for my husband’s needs. We love the work so much we are getting Zach and his company to do other repairs and paint in our home. If you need work done meet Zach and get a quote. I’m sure everyone will be amazed.

Zach and his team at NELA Painting were great to deal with. His PM Taylor was over our project. There quality of work is outstanding and they do a great job of keeping you in the loop on the progress. We highly recommend these guys and will use them again!

great

WOW! The only thing I can say is WOW! My first experience with NELA Painting and Renovations was incredible! Not only was the cost, value, professionalism, and finished product better than I ever could have imagined, it was also a pleasant and welcoming experience which is a “unicorn” when working with a contractor! I strongly encourage anyone considering ANY home renovations to call Zach @ NELA before you waste your time and money using anyone else!

The team was excellent to work with. The professionalism and skill were evident in the finished project. Great prep work and excellent paint application.

Zach and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional! I recommend this company 10/10!

These guys go above what is expected of a good construction company. Courteous, respectful, and most important, they communicate promptly through the whole process. That has been hard to find. Thank you guys!

Zach and his team were very professional. We appreciate the respect they had for our home and furnishings while providing renovations both indoor and outdoor. They added extra details and services above original quote. We appreciate NELA Renovations and highly recommend!

Zack and his team did a great job on two projects we had. First they painted the outside of our house and matched the paint to the exact color we needed. Second, we needed a front door replaced and the whole front entry way transformed inside and outside. This was also something we needed them to match precisely to another area in our home and they did that to perfection.

Miracles in drywall patch and texturing. Zach and his entire crew are unbelievable. They worked miracles in a very old house. They are all so talented, polite and caring. They even charmed my rescue dog 😂. They worked tirelessly and never slacked up getting the job done in a timely manner. We would hire them for any job and recommend them for all your renovation needs. Love them all.

The whole experience was a 10/10. The guys were absolutely amazing, very respectful and hard working. They did an amazing job on the interior of my rent house. The price was so affordable and I will be using them again. I will recommend them to anyone. Zach is the best

They did a wonderful job and had a great energy about it. Did a very professional job. Highly recommend.

This company was very helpful in giving many ideas and options including different pricing and plans. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They show up on time and got things done according to schedule. Very happy with the job these guys provide! 5 star recommendation!!!

These guys are great!! They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. We had them come paint the exterior of our house and everyone worked so hard and cared that the job was done correctly. It turned out great and we are so happy with all that they did. There is nothing that they cant do. We will be using them again for our next renovation project.

Nela painting & Renovations Most definitely stands behind the work they do and also corrects mistakes made by previous contractors. I greatly appreciate the honesty and willingness of them to do the job Correctly.

Great job and GREAT customer service. Highly recommend

We recently had work completed by NELA Painting & Renovations of West Monroe and have been very pleased with the work done. The team was professional and kept us informed throughout the process. We would definitely recommend them to others.

NELA gave us exactly what we asked for even better than we pictured! Everyone was kind and professional, respectful with hours of work, and cleaned up at the end of the job. A manager even came out after job completion to make sure we were happy. Thank you!

Zach and his crew were very professional and did great work. Will be using them again.

Wonderful staff and crew. Highly recommend them for all your needs. They are fully committed to helping you achieve the desired goal.

Between the professionalism, the competitive pricing, and the speed in which it was done, I’m not sure I’ll use anyone else. Well done!

This company was professional and completed all work on a timely basis. I had contacted several contractors got estimates most were not interested because they thought the job was to small or overpriced the bid. Originally I was going to have to hire multiple contractors for the work I needed completed but they were able to address all of my needs. They were not only professional they were efficient and polite. They completed the work not only to my satisfaction but went over and above my expectations. I’m still waiting for some of the contractors to get back to me that I originally called and now all the work has already been completed. I would highly recommend them for any needs you have big or small any future projects that I need completed I will certainly call them to do the work.

These guys do great work in a timely fashion at a fair price and they are very professional. Would recommend them every time.

Easy to navigate payment system, professional staff and professional work. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

This is the second time we've used NELA and are very happy with their work and workers.

Zack and his crew was absolutely amazing. My home flooded as a result of my new washer not being installed correctly. Once Serv pro finished up zack and his crew was in and out in 3 days after painting almost my entire house.

We were very pleased with our garage upgrade, Zach and his team were professional and addressed all of our concerns. Would highly recommend!

NELA did a great job texturing and painting my lake house. I was very pleased with the price he gave me compared to the other estimates I received. The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

NELA has gone above and beyond on work I just had done in my home. One of the main things I loved about this company was a lot of decisions I had to make, the owner gave me pros and cons of my way and other different things that they could do. I appreciated that. They were always on time, extremely considerate of my home and securing everything. My special thanks to the owner— Zach for always getting back to me in a very timely fashion when I had questions and to Gus and Mike for their support and the great job they did for me! They’re excellent painters. All of these guys are some of the best people I’ve ever had in my home and will continue to work for me when I need something done. Special shoutout to Chad Balch—in Swartz-the cabinet man who also did a wonderful job building my vanity. Thank each and everyone of you.

Good work

NELA Painting and Renovation’s owner and cre were absolutely fantastic. When he came to quote the project he gave us several ideas and options at different price points, so we could pick what suited our needs. He and his crew were very knowledgeable, and walked us through what was going on during each stage of the job. The siding on our house is no longer in production and they were able to fabricate new siding that matched perfectly. We’re very happy with the results and the price for the amount of work they did.

I can’t recommend NELA Painting more! Zach and his team when above and beyond. I needed a large paint job done quickly and Zach made sure to squeeze me in last minute. From communication, customer service, and painting quality, they are top notch! I will definitely be using them for projects to come.

We contacted NELA Painting for a shower remodel and could not be happier with the design. After receiving the estimate, we were on the schedule within a couple of weeks. Zach kept us informed of what to expect every couple of days. We highly recommend Zach and his crew.

Super professional, will go out of the way to make sure the customer approves of their work. 100% would recommend!

Unbelievable service! My project was no to small communication at its best. They show up know what their doing and finish to specifications to a tee highly recommended!

Zack and his crew just finished up a good deal of work for us that included painting, staining columns and doors, repairing loose tile in bathroom and hanging a game head over the fireplace. Zack and his crews all showed exemplary professionalism and superb quality of workmanship. On top of that you won’t find a more friendly group that will go out of their way to please their clients. We highly recommend Zack and NELA Painting and Renovation.
